건축·인테리어 트렌드를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 ‘2022 부산 건축·인테리어 전시회’가 다음달 14일부터 17일까지 부산 벡스코에서 개최된다.
15회째를 맞는 부산 건축 인테리어 전시회는 2022년 부산의 첫 건축 전시회다. 메세코리아의 주최로 지역을 대표하는 기업들과 전국 각지의 건축 인테리어 업체들이 참가할 예정이다.
자신의 스타일에 따라 집을 꾸밀 수 있는 스마트홈, 인테리어, 가구, 건축 자재, 전원주택, 주택시공, 태양열, 냉·난방재, 욕실·주방자재 등 건축·인테리어의 모든 것을 만나 볼 수 있다.
참가업체는 및 임직원은 사전 PCR검사를 시행하고 참관객은 열화상 카메라와 QR코드를 이용해 전단계 비접촉으로 입장 가능하다. 관람 시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지다.

KCC글라스 관계자는 "날이 추운 겨울에는 욕실 수도관 동파 걱정과 타일 사이로 들어오는 냉기에 대한 고민 등 노후화된 욕실에 대한 리모델링을 고민하는 분들이 특히 많다"며 "이번 홈트키가 욕실 인테리어에 대한 다양한 정보 제공을 통해 이런 분들에게 많은 도움이 되길 바란다"고 전했다.한국토지주택공사(LH) 경기지역본부(본부장 권세연)는 올해 가천대학교 건축학부 실내건축학전공과 함께 자립준비청년 주거지원사업인 '유스타트(Youth-Start)' 연계사업인 '유스타일(Youth-Style)' 사업을 진행했다고 28일 밝혔다.
'유스타일' 사업은 LH 임대주택에 입주한 자립준비청년의 주거공간을 인테리어 디자인하는 사업으로, 올해는 3명의 경기지역 자립준비청년이 LH에 의해 대상자로 선정됐다.
가천대는 건축학부 실내건축학전공수업과 연계해 주거공간 인테리어 서비스러닝을 진행하며 지역사회에 서비스를 제공했다. 사업비용은 가천대학교와 LH가 분담했다.
LH는 '유스타트(Youth-Start)' 사업을 통해 만 18세가 돼 아동보호시설을 떠나 자립해야 하는 자립준비청년 등에게 가장 필요한 주거를 지원해오고 있다. 사업이 시작된 2010년부터 현재까지 총 8321명에게 공공임대주택을 지원했으며, 올해에도 1201명이 LH의 공공임대주택에 새로운 보금자리를 마련했다.
LH의 유스타트를 통해서 자립준비청년들이 퇴소 후 주거공간을 확보해도 500여만원의 정착지원금으로 집을 살만한 장소로 꾸미기는 힘든 일이다. 가천대학교 건축학부 실내건축학전공에서는 P-실무프로젝트 수업의 일환으로 자립준비청년들의 주거공간을 인테리어디자인해주는 서비스러닝을 진행했다.
LH 경기지역본부를 통해 선정된 대상자들을 실내건축학전공 학생들이 직접 만나 같은 MZ 청년세대의 감성을 서로 공유하며 대상자들이 자신의 집에 원하는 기능이나 분위기를 파악했다.
전공생들은 이를 토대로 한 인테리어디자인 계획·실행 과정에서 필요한 가구를 직접 디자인해 제작하고 조명이나 인테리어 소품을 세심하게 설치하는 등 심혈을 기울였다.
유스타일은 자신만의 공간을 가져보지 못했던 자립준비청년들에게 첫 번째 자신만의 집을 안정감과 따뜻함이 넘치는 공간으로 만들어줌으로써 사회에 내딛는 첫걸음을 든든하게 지원해주는 사업으로, 공기업과 대학이 함께 지역사회에 공헌할 수 있는 좋은 서비스 모델로 자리잡고 있다.
권세연 LH 경기지역본부장은 “향후 인테리어 및 가구지원세대를 확대함과 동시에 청년들이 겪고 있는 애로사항 해소를 위한 다양한 복지프로그램을 제공해 자립준비청년들이 당당한 사회인으로서 살아갈 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

올해 13년째 이 행사를 후원하고 있는 KCC글라스는 실내건축대전 수상자들을 대상으로 올해 처음으로 홈뮤즈드 서포터즈를 구성해 다양한 인테리어 콘텐츠들을 일반인들에게 알리고 있다.
홈씨씨 인테리어와 도전을 함께 하고 있는 홈뮤즈드 서포터즈들의 한 해는 어땠을까. 2022년 연말을 맞아 홈뮤즈드 서포터즈들에게 가장 인상 깊었던 순간들을 물어봤다.
2020년 대한민국 실내건축대전에서 장려상을 수상하고 현재 홈뮤즈드 서포터즈로 활동하고 있는 김수현씨는 리움 미술관에 방문했던 순간이 가장 기억에 남았다고 답했다.
김씨는 "올해 리움 미술관을 처음 방문했는데 공간이 인상적이었다"라며 "일반 미술관과는 다르게 로비에 있는 기둥과 그 옆에 툭툭 놓여있던 스툴들, 그 외에 락커공간이 압도적인 분위기를 자아내고 있었다"고 회상했다.
이어 "그중에서도 아래층으로 내려가는 ‘로툰다 계단’이 이국적인 느낌이 나면서 가장 매력 있었던 공간"이라고 말했다. 전시를 보러 갔었지만 전시장이 기억에 남아 또 다른 전시를 진행할 때 다시 방문하고 싶은 공간이라고 덧붙였다.
현장 근무 중 얻게 된 소중한 순간도 있었다. 김씨는 본인의 학창 시절 경험을 바탕으로 전공자들이 마음껏 꿈과 열정을 펼칠 수 있는 공간이 존재하길 바라며 대한민국 실내건축대전에서 무브먼트랩(MOVEMENTLAB) 프로젝트를 구성했다. 이 프로젝트는 세계적인 기업들의 시발점이 된 곳이 차고라는 것에서 영감을 받아 무브먼트랩은 자유롭게 꿈과 미래를 펼치던 차고의 가치를 공간으로 구현해 2020년 수상작에 이름을 올렸다.부산인테리어디자인이후 활동을 활발하게 이어가고 있는 그는 “이번에 현장 근무를 하다가 버릴 예정이었던 타원형 쉐입의 거울을 보고 아쉬워서 집에 가져오게 됐다”며 기본 타원형 쉐입의 거울에 프레임을 달 수 있도록 리폼해 자신만의 거울을 완성했다. 첫 프레임은 크리스마스가 다가와서 리스 같은 느낌으로 수술을 달아 만들어 크리스마스 포토존으로 사용하고 있다고 전했다.
자신의 손길이 닿아 더 애착이 간다는 김수현씨는 “’연초에는 어떤 프레임으로 바꿀까?’하고 즐거운 상상도 하게 만들어 주는 나만의 애착품이 되었다”고 말했다.
김씨는 물건을 새로 사는 것도 좋아하지만 기존에 있는 물건들을 활용한 리폼을 더 즐기는 스타일이라고 한다. 최근 그런 그의 눈에 들어온 리폼 아이템이 있다며 “쓰던 테이블을 타일 테이블로 만들어 보고 싶다”고 했다.
김씨는 “평소에 구매하고 싶은 인테리어 소장품은 정말 많지만 직접 만드는 걸 선호하는 편”이라며 “집에서 사용하는 소장품은 앞으로도 리폼을 해서 사용해 볼까 한다”고 말했다. 특히 오랜 시간 사용해온 가구들에는 추억이 남아 있어 쉽게 버리지 못할 것 같다고. 함께 시간을 보내왔던 오래된 가구들은 자기 손으로 리폼해서 다시 추억을 쌓아갈 계획이라고 했다.
또 다른 홈뮤즈드 서포터즈인 김연재씨는 "국립현대미술관 과천에서 관람한 'MMCA 과천프로젝트 2022: 옥상정원'이 기억에 남는다"라며, 초여름쯤 방문하게 된 옥상정원에서 본 풍경에 시선을 사로잡혀 "옥상에 올라가자마자 탁 트인 자연 풍경이 매우 인상적이었다"고 설명했다.
그는 "열린 캐노피 구조로 360도 한 바퀴를 돌아보는 동안 눈앞에 보이는 프레임, 풍경이 순간순간 달라진다"고 관람 포인트를 소개했다.
이어 “많은 분들이 'MMCA 과천프로젝트 2022: 옥상정원'을 보고 영감과 감동을 받았으면 좋겠다”며 “내년 6월 25일까지 국립현대미술관 3층 옥상정원에서 전시되니, 꼭 한 번 방문해 보시길 추천드린다”고 덧붙였다.
관람 포인트까지 추천해 줄 정도로 전시를 즐겨본다는 김씨는 “전시를 보고 나면, 그 전시를 기억하기 위해서 꼭 엽서를 구매하는 습관이 있다”고 밝혔다.
최근에는 국립중앙박물관에서 열리고 있는 ‘합스부르크 600년, 매혹의 걸작들’에 다녀와 추억을 남기기 위해 엽서를 구매하기도 했다. 전시 외에 해외여행을 가거나 할 때에도 그 도시의 미술관에 가서 엽서를 사 오는 편이라고 전했다.
가장 애정이 가는 엽서를 묻자 김씨는 스페인 바르셀로나 ‘호안 미로 미술관’에서 구매한 엽서를 골랐다. 방 한 편에 붙여 놓은 엽서들이 주변 인테리어들과 어우러져 인테리어 소품으로서의 역할을 톡톡히 할 뿐만 아니라 여행에서의 좋은 기억까지 가져다준다며 애정을 드러냈다.
올해의 인테리어 트렌드는 ‘뉴트로’와 ‘클래식&앤틱 스타일’의 재부상이 꼽혔다.
오늘의집은 연말을 맞아 최근 1년을 결산하는 ‘2022 오늘의집 검색 트렌드'를 26일 발표했다.
오늘의집은 최근 8년간 인테리어 트렌드를 주도한 7가지 주요 인테리어 유형을 꼽고, 해당 유형을 대표하는 형용사, 부사, 제품 등 키워드를 상세 분류해 성별, 연령별 사용자의 검색 추이를 분석했다.
그 결과 최근 2년간 대세 스타일로 자리잡았던 ‘미드센추리모던’에 대한 관심도가 하락하고(1월 검색량 점유율 40.3% → 11월말 31.6%), 선호 취향이 다양해지고 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 미드센추리모던은 20세기 중반 유행한 가구, 인테리어 스타일로 금속, 유리, 플라스틱 등 다양한 산업용 소재를 활용한 실용적이고 간결한 디자인이 특징이다.
대신 뉴트로 스타일이 떴다. 복고풍, 옛날 인테리어, 빈티지, 키치함 등을 특징으로 하는 뉴트로 스타일은 1월 검색량의 17.8%를 차지했지만, 11월엔 25.3%로 전체 2위에 올랐다.
클래식&앤틱 인테리어도 전체 검색의 16.3%를 차지해 미드센추리모던을 찾는 사람들은 감소하고 고가구나 샹들리에, 바로크, 빅토리아풍 등 엔틱하고 클래식한 스타일에 대한 관심이 증가하는 추세이다.
이어 화이트 앤 우드, 라탄, 린넨 등 아늑한 스타일을 추구하는 내추럴 스타일이 13.3%를 차지했다. ‘미니멀 라이프 열풍' 등으로 2010년대 중반 인기를 끌었던 미니멀 스타일이나 북유럽 스타일은 검색량이 점차 줄어드는 모습이었다.
한편 월별로 인기 검색어에서는 라이프스타일을 엿볼 수 있었다.
1월에는 ‘강아지한복’이 인기 검색어에 올랐는데 이는 전체가구의 30%에 가까운 600만가구가 반려동물을 키우는 국내 트렌드를 반영한 결과로 해석된다. 2월엔 서울 북촌과 익선동에 레트로 LP카페가 주목받으며 오늘의집 검색에서도 ‘LP’가 인기 검색어를 차지했다.
본격적인 위드코로나 시작에 따라 야외활동과 관련된 라이프스타일 키워드도 인기검색어에 이름을 올렸다. 4월엔 ‘피크닉 바구니’가 주목받았고, 7월엔 양산과 우산을 겸한 ‘양우산', 9월에는 ‘캠핑’관련 검색어가 인기를 끌었다.부산사무실인테리어오늘의집은 작년 대비 올해 검색량이 급증한 라이프스타일 키워드 20개도 선정했다. 위스키 열풍을 타고 인기를 끈 ‘하이볼잔’, 고물가에 알뜰소비 성향을 반영한 ‘리퍼마켓’, 번잡함을 잊고 심신 안정을 위한 ‘모래멍’, 플랜테리어 열풍과 함께 미니 정원, 미니 홈카페 등 새로운 라이프스타일 공간으로 주목받은 ‘베란다 꾸미기’ 같은 키워드다.
